Can I get a refund?
No. GentoPost does not offer refunds, which is why the 3-day free trial needs no card, so you can test everything first. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Is it safe for my social accounts?
GentoPost connects through each network's official sign-in and never asks for your passwords. It uses official APIs only, with no scraping or unofficial access.
Will I be charged automatically after the trial?
No. The trial needs no card, and nothing is charged unless you choose to add UPI or a card to continue.
How do I get a GST invoice?
Indian customers get a GST invoice automatically after each payment.
Is there an app for my phone?

What happens if I cancel?
Open Account settings and tap Cancel. You won't be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Who owns my content?
