Your account

You must provide a valid email address and are responsible for activity under your account. One trial is permitted per person, card, and device; duplicate or disposable-email signups may be blocked or cancelled.

You keep ownership of everything you publish through GentoPost. You are responsible for complying with the terms of each social network you connect.

7-day trial terms

Every paid plan opens with a 7-day trial. A valid credit or debit card is required at signup and is pre-authorized so we can verify it, but no subscription charge is taken during the trial period.

The trial runs for 7 full days from the moment checkout completes. Trials are limited to one per customer; if you have trialled GentoPost before, checkout bills immediately at the plan rate.

Day-8 charge disclosure

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your card is automatically charged on day 8 for the first month of the plan you selected: Starter $19/mo, Growth $49/mo, or Pro $99/mo (USD, plus any applicable tax).

The subscription then renews monthly on the same date until cancelled. We email reminders on day 5 and day 6 of the trial stating the exact amount, the charge date, and a one-click cancel link.

One-click cancellation

• In the app: open Account settings and press “Cancel trial” or “Cancel subscription”. It takes effect immediately, no email or phone call required.
• From email: click the “Cancel trial” link in any day-5 or day-6 reminder — it cancels without signing in.
• Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are never charged. Cancel after billing and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Plans and changes

Prices are shown in USD on the pricing page and are billed monthly through our payment provider. We may change pricing or plan limits with notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass trial limits, or publish content that violates the law or a connected network's rules.

Liability and contact

GentoPost is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery to third-party networks, since publishing depends on their APIs and your account status with them.
